Personal Lines Quoting Tool — Effective June 20, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online data collection tool (the “Tool”) provided by Spire America Holdings Inc., operating as Top O' Michigan Insurance Solutions and Spire Insurance Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to gather information for personal lines insurance quotes.
By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
The Tool is intended solely to collect the necessary information to provide insurance quotes for personal lines coverage such as home, auto, renters, or umbrella insurance. Use of the Tool does not guarantee coverage, pricing, or acceptance by any carrier.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information. You acknowledge that any quote provided is based solely on the information you submit, and inaccuracies may affect your eligibility, premium, or coverage availability.
Use of this Tool does not bind coverage or constitute an agreement to provide insurance. Final premiums, underwriting decisions, and policy issuance are subject to review and acceptance by insurance carriers.
All information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use your data only for the purpose of providing insurance quotes and related services. We do not sell your personal information.
By using this Tool, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, phone calls, or text messages related to your quote or insurance services.
You agree not to use the Tool for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, and not to submit information on behalf of another person without their authorization.
All content, branding, and design elements associated with the Tool are the property of Spire America Holdings Inc. and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written permission.
The Tool is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Tool or any results derived from its use.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool, including but not limited to inaccurate quotes or declined coverage.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
